Although there were extending channel basic for the Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor corporation ( TTL ) in the past, the imported brand beers have already eroded the original market. Hence the TTL should find out the effective managing methods to avoid the erosion from the other brand. This research used decision tree to find out the selling potential of the traditional channel. According to the prediction of the decision tree, the supplier can make the selling strategy with different resource for the different channel to get the maximum benefit. There are five research variables for this research to find out the specific selling channel grading, the first is the sale revenue of the tobaccos in 2017, the second is the sale revenue of the beers in 2017, the third is the sale revenue of the liquors in 2017, the forth is the participation and cooperative of the channel, and the fifth is the developing potential of the store. This report including 691 sales raw data in the year of 2017, and there are 650 sales data could be classify accurately. In this research, the root node is the sale revenue of the liquors in 2017, and the child node are the sale revenue of the tobaccos in 2017, the sale revenue of the beers in 2017 and the participation and cooperative of the channel.
