ABSTRACT
The construction industry is an industry that relies heavily on the labor force. The
productivity of the work class (work rate) is an important factor affecting progress, cost, safety and health. This study takes the new construction project as a case. Through the collection and analysis of the local observation and productivity data, the differences in productivity affecting the professional small package class are explored, and the relevant productivity parameters are obtained, which makes it the basis for future manager's reference. This study uses (1) Thomas productivity technology, (2) the perspective of learning organization, and (3) the technology of systematic thinking, constructs a causal loop diagram, discusses the productivity impact factors of templates and steel work classes, and the causes and effects of their occurrence. Relationship, find the fundamental solution to the problem. The results show that the cumulative productivity of the steel work class is 12.9 wh/t; the cumulative productivity of the formwork class is 0.35 wh/m2, and the impact factors are: (A) work shifts interfere with each other (B) improper placement of materials (C) space Narrow (D) Heavy (E) Shortage (F) Climate. The conclusion of this study is that managers should systematically think about the structure of the overall system, rather than making decisions based on fragments or focusing on individual things, in order to solve the "work class interference" and "materials". The problem of "missing" and "rework" can be solved fundamentally by "educational training" to improve the accuracy of the estimated quantity of materials and the mentality of the view.
Keywords: productivity, system thinking, causal loop diagram.
