Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 107 === This thesis is intended to investigate the level of efficiency during the operation of air conditioner. This article contains two parts: The first part is investigating the amount of time it spends while switching the air conditioner off then on, will consume more power than leaving the air conditioner on without switching it off. The second part is discussing the amount of power that will be consumed when the temperature of the air conditioner is set to lower 1 degree (°C) each time. Via Internet of Things (IoT) development board to collect the data of voltage and current sensor and further send these data to computer by using the MQTT protocol, the system will receive the current power condition and export the data to file.
