Because 3GPP should accept the wireless network service of IOT(Internet of Things) massive communication, prepares the heterogeneous network solution with higher speed. Make the ultra-dense deployment Macro and Micro in Beyond LTE Heterogeneous Networks structure, offer service of transmitting for various heterogeneous networks. Have many different transmission resources because of various heterogeneous networks. This dissertation proposes four types of improved Transmission Resource Management Mechanisms(TRM) to various heterogeneous networks promptly. Including packet scheduling algorithm with minimum-bandwidth provisions(PSMP) algorithm to provide GBR/non-GBR minimum-bandwidth requirement. PSMP can reach the QoS target for real-time traffic and improve the cell throughput. Then propose a cluster classifications mechanism to divide Pico eNBs into different groups according to the interference degree of each Pico eNB. Third an algorithm based on carrier frequency offset estimations is proposed to enhance system handover performance. Final proposes an effective flow-rule-reduction (EFRR) algorithm for reducing the number of flow rules for an OpenFlow switch and improving the performance of an SDN. The above four types of Transmission Resource Management Mechanisms in Beyond LTE heterogeneous network, with the simulator of every applicable heterogeneous network separately. The simulation results show our proposed algorithm can improve the service of transmitting resources of every heterogeneous network effectively and increasing the reliability of Beyond LTE Heterogeneous Networks.
