When I worked for Chunghwa Telecom, I always wondered if I could get more benefits in the telecom market, as well as improve the convenience of various services, and also save personnel costs. However, Chunghwa Telecom has not done a good integration and development in this part. In addition, the telecommunications industry market is so large, is it to expand various businesses to attract more users. Therefore, this paper proposes to expand the services by using computer software as the integrated system interface. The main goal of this research is to expand Chunghwa Telecom's market in the telecommunications industry through an integrated system of desktop computers. At the same time, in the system to join the ticketing system, obstacles, fast renewal and no-charge, etc., can be followed by more services to facilitate the needs of the majority of users.
