The maintenance work encountered many situations and complicated,how to get new recruits to enter the independent work stage quickly is the company's top problem. The purpose of this research is to use fuzzy theory and combine the maintenance experience of senior technicians to reason the obstacles.Use MATLAB fuzzy toolbox production expert system to provide new maintenance personnel to refer to and judge problems at the construction site. Increase work efficiency and save time costs. The maintenance personnel can obtain the abnormal record in the log from the network access device. Observe the relationship between changes in network parameter log and the causes of cause of damage, and enter a fuzzy rule database established by reference to the maintenance personnel experience.
