One of the most popular applications on mobile phones is messaging software, which makes it easier than ever to send messages. Most campuses still maintain traditional face-to-face counseling, and the use of Internet channels for assistance is relatively rare, compared with the rapid, instantaneous and more convenient use of the Internet for assistance. This study used Adler therapy (Adler therapy) mentioned in counselor effective factors, complementary with theory Of Planned Behavior (Theroy Of Planned behaviors), made questionnaire, after a pretest, improved after discussions with experts questionnaire, a total Of 200 questionnaires, after screening and 154 valid questionnaires, using SPSS22 version as analysis tool, and then discusses in perception Of the Internet counselor with the intention Of using the Internet to seek help. This study found that most of junior high school students in the Internet counselor "counselor teacher quality", "acceptance, tolerance, empathy", "self awareness", "self growth" takes to the look and feel, and so in view and use the Internet to seek assistance will have a high positive correlation, in the planning act theory mentioned attitude, subjective norm, the more positive, stronger perceived behavior control, the stronger the individual to complete the behavior intention is, echoed in positive views for the advantage of the Internet to seek help, affect the junior high school students will use the Internet to seek help. At the same time, the confidentiality of Internet counselors and the absence of face-to-face contact also affect the willingness of junior high school students to seek assistance. The confidentiality of Internet counselors is a major challenge for Internet counselors at present, and it is helpful for some junior high school students to express their feelings and thoughts without having to face each other in a closed counseling room.
