Questionnaire is simple to spread and popularize, it also can collect data from multiple people at the same time. Nowadays, Internet and technology are different from the past, online questionnaire platform makes it simpler than before. Social sciences usually use questionnaire to collect data from people, then analyze the data to make society improving. However, there is some academic fraud. They tamper data to reach their purpose and publish the fraudulent result to public. If these studies were referenced, it may affect the academic integrity of school, advising professor and so on. In order to prevent academic fraud, this study uses Blockchain. It can propose data to online node and protect it from fraud, also support online questionnaire platform. In this study, storing questionnaire data in Blockchain and protect it from malicious behavior.
