First, we construe an innovative business model for the fish and vegetable symbiosis: “Store in the Front, Factory in the Back” that includes the sales of the fish and vegetable symbiosis farming technology, a franchise chain business, and characteristic restaurants. Second, the cost on the system of the fish and vegetable symbiosis is about 780,000 and its net profit is about 1,000,000 annually, which implies the payback period regarding break-even point is 7 months.
