碩士 === 國立高雄科技大學 === 金融資訊系 === 107 === This paper is based on the Kaohsiung friendly farming agricultural products production cooperative, which was established through the University Social Responsibility (USR) Program supported by the Ministry of Education. After the establishment of the cooperative, through in-depth interviews with the members of the cooperative, to understand the needs of farmers and more frequently encountered problems, one was the lack of funds and the second was the problem of crop insecurity. Therefore, this study designed financial solution to cope with these two problems. For solving capital demand problem, agricultural production needs to invest a lot of money in the early stage. Although there are financial institutions to provide agricultural loans, but it was not easy to apply and benefit to farmers. Financial solution by crowdfunding could provide alternative options. In this paper, we proposed a crowdfunding program for framers. As to natural disaster risk, originally, it could be solved through agricultural disaster insurance commodities, but at present only some insurance companies were in line with the government policy to develop insurance products and failed to cover a wide range of needs. In this paper, we established a preliminary agricultural insurance plan to provide insurance companies for reference.
