Only E company which engages in long-term chemical industry can constantly thrive and stand firmly in Taiwan, also can expand overseas at the same time. This study takes case study method to establish in modern enterprise competition theory. Through the depth interviews with the E company's APEX and operators, the result shows the growth variation of the case company. Therefore, the result also shows that the E company exploited the opportunity of cross-strait development of Taiwan and China, and then followed the footsteps of globalization, so that it could develop from regional small and medium enterprises into Invisible Champion of chemical materials industries. Moreover, it got the key success factor of operations, including focus on research and development, emphasis on economies of scale, adoption of a comprehensive deterrent strategy, and the pursuit of localization. The results of this research are: innovation entrepreneurship/entrepreneurship makes the self not limited to the pattern of small and medium-sized enterprises, do not be limited in the business model of small and medium enterprises, get close to the trend of globalization of enterprises thinking and the establishment of the enterprise does clearly establish the high-growth development goals, take root in the industry and even form the brand superiority of oligopolistic market and key success factors.
