Therefore, Teleservices should evaluate seriously between operational resources and output of regular chain stores to present the best performance. This study took 10 regular chain stores in the southern Taiwan of T Teleservices company as research samples to analyze the data of the efficiency output by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to evaluate the factors and results between input and output variables. Finally, according to the result from this study and the difference performances in practice, providing improvement suggestions for reference to the company, in order to set proper targets in performance assessment.
