Facing with the plight of grassroots labour, Taiwan government officially opened and introduced foreign workers into Republic of China in 1987. However, because foreign workers are poorly adapted overseas due to different national cultures, these phenomena have a significant impact on their job satisfaction and life issues. Therefore, enterprises should understand the characteristics and behaviours of foreign workers in the organization and analyse their cultural background and enterprises. The cultural differences in the environment or organization become the demand goals of foreign workers. Generally speaking, the goals of the organization are consistent, which improves the efficiency of foreign workers and increases the competitive advantage of the organization. According to statistics, 67% of labour in Taiwan are foreigner workers. Based on the above, the primary purpose of this study is to explore the cultural differences between different regions including Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam workers working in Taiwan and the impact of cultural adaptation on job satisfaction. This study issues 250 questionnaires for workers in Taiwan, including 147 valid questionnaires. For the statistical software, it utilizes SPSS 24.0 for setting up the statistical system and applies statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, independent and regression. Last but not least, the main conclusions are as follows: National cultural has an effect on cultural adaptation Cultural adaptation affects job satisfaction.
