The system consists of different electrode configurations which become the plasma reactors. The atmospheric pressure plasma can be ignited with high frequency generator and the above reactors. Moreover, the whole atmospheric pressure plasma system successfully turns to portable version with a battery. The portable atmospheric pressure plasma system can generate three plasma.
The microplasma can be generated at 0.5-4kV. The atmospheric pressure plasma jet is operated at 10-13kV. The dielectric barrier discharge can be generated above 20kV.
