Overbased Stabilizer and Heat Stabilizer are used to absorb and remove acidic substances. This article also discusses whether existing thermal stabilizer systems and Overbased Stabilizer can reduce thermal stability. Feasibility of the amount of agent added. The synthesis method using Overbased Detergent is an oxide/hydroxide synthesis method using calcium hydroxide as a starting material, and a mixture of an aliphatic hydrocarbon and a methanol, calcium hydroxide and oleic acid to form a surfactant. Then, carbonation is carried out to convert calcium hydroxide into micellar calcium carbonate. The high alkaline calcium stabilizer heat resistance test results show that when the amount of oleic acid is reduced to 50 g, an overbased calcium stabilizer of reversed micelle structure cannot be formed. The second layer of the polar organic layer could not be formed without the addition of methanol. Laurel-carrotol has the effect of increasing the solubility of the surfactant. The amount of calcium hydroxide affects the viscosity of the highly alkaline stabilizer. The use of overbased stabilizers has significant heat resistance differences. After reducing the amount of overbased stabilizer (2g to 0.5g), it is still better than the constant general stabilizer (2g), so the overbased stabilizer can be used as a stabilizer for PVC, which can reduce the amount of stabilizer used.
