How to appeal to customer’s like and develop excellent product of good reliability because it’s relative to get benefit of maximum. As a result how to use low cost and effective time because it could estimate operation life of product. Moreover, it’s the key words which provide reliability parameter which produce product of basis reference.
This research focuses on water meter because government regulation requires 8-year warranty; besides, it can promote product’s reliability. In addition to maintaining temperature adaptability, it also countines Accelerated Life Test(ALT) which sets temperature of 80°C and 90°C by experiment. Futhermore, Collecting and arranging failure data writes R programming language which precede reliable life and analysing as well as verification. It uses Arrhenius model to caculate Accelerated facto as well as Activation Energy, in addition, it estimates product’s Mean Time to Failure in the nomarl condition.
It can estimate Mean Time to Failure of water meter in the nomarl condition. In addition to inspecting product’s quality whether it accords Regulation or not. It can provide factory to do improve and countine Accelerated Life Test, ALT on reference in the future.
