In today's rapidly changing environment, organizations must innovate in order to survive and thrive, and not only organizations need to innovate, but employees need innovation. According to researches, individuals with high learning goal orientation are more active in learning behaviors, while individuals with high learning goal orientation are more likely to have innovative behaviors. Thus, the research aims to explore the relevance with learning goal orientation and innovative behavior, and further analyze whether exploitative learning and explorative learning have mediating effects between learning goal orientation and innovative behavior. This research is based on questionnaire survey to collect data from different organization employees as subjects. 375 valid questionnaires out of 420 sent-out ones were returned. The effective returned rate is 82%. Through hierarchical regression analysis, the empirical results of this study are as followed :   1. Learning goal orientation has significant positive effect on innovative behavior. 2. Learning goal orientation has significant positive effect on exploitative learning 3. Learning goal orientation has significant positive effect on explorative learning 4. Exploitative learning has significant positive effect on innovative behavior. 5. Explorative learning has no effect on innovative behavior. 6. Exploitative learning has a mediating effect on the relationship between learning goal orientation and innovative behavior. 7. Explorative learning has no mediating effect on the relationship between learning goal orientation and innovative behavior.
