Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄科技大學 === 人力資源發展系 === 107 === With the advent of industrial upgrading and knowledge society,the enterprise is no longer using financial indicators to measure the effectiveness of the organization.The innovation ability of the organization has become the key factor to distinguish whether the enterprise has their competitiveness.However, Leader’s leadership style and attitude affect whether the innovation ability of organization is promoted.Employees’knowledge innovation and sharing can influence organization’s competitive advantage in the future. In order to improve organizational efficiency, how to enhance the knowledge innovation and knowledge sharing of employees through innovative leadership is an important issue for enterprise organization. This study aims to explore the relevance of innovative leadership, organizational effectiveness, employee knowledge sharing, and employee knowledge innovation. In this study, the general staff members full-time employees selected as the research object. There were 404 questionnaires conducted by the researcher, and all of them were considered as valid questionnaires After analysis, the main findings of this study were as follows: 1.Innovative leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational effectiveness. 2.Innovative leadership has a significant positive impact on employee knowledge sharing. 3.Innovative leadership has a significant positive impact on employee knowledge innovation. 4.Employee knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on organizational efficiency. 5.Employee knowledge innovation has a significant positive impact on organizational effectiveness. 6.Employee knowledge sharing has partial mediating variable to the innovative leadership and organizational effectiveness. 7.Employee knowledge innovation has a partial mediating variable to the innovative leadership and organizational effectiveness.
