Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 數學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of using questioning instruction into reading comprehension strategies on eighth graders. This study adopts the action research method on the eight graders of adaptive group in the southern district of Hualien County. The reading comprehension strategies of this study is abstract, forecasting, linking and monitoring comprehension. In the classroom, the questioning is taken as the main theme, so that students can grasp the important clues when integrating the concept deduction and solving problems in the guidance of teachers' questions.
Under this teaching method, this study will explore students how to learn geometric concepts and the influence of problem solving. The main findings of this study are as follows:
First, for students:
1. Graphical abstraction helps students to deepen their impressions of concept and problem solving.
2. Questioning instruction into the reading comprehension strategies helps to enhance students' understanding of ideas and confidence in solving problems.
3. Graphical visual training helps students to initially predict the relation of graphics.
4. Questioning instruction can increase students' thinking and concentration, and improve teacher-student interaction.
5. Strategies for capturing effective links are difficult for students.
Second, for the researcher's teaching:
1. Graphical abstracts help guide students' understanding and problem solving.
2. To focus more on the process of guidance and dialogue in the classroom.
3. Using questioning instruction into reading comprehension strategies to help understanding of ideas and memorize.
4. Effective questioning plays the key to guiding students to think.
5. Students lack self-practice and are not skilled enough on concept linking strategies.
Finally, put forward relevant suggestions with the comprehensive research results, as a reference to assist students in the adaptive group to learn geometric concepts, and teachers' classroom teaching.
