In this study, questionnaires were used to collect data and 305 valid questionnaires were collected. As a result, when social workers are rude to the case, they will have negative emotions. When the victim is rude, the higher the frequency, the negative feelings will be improved, indicating that the case is rude and negative. There is a significant relationship between emotions; the negative emotional feelings of social workers can reduce the negative emotional feelings through leisure activities, indicating that leisure activities and negative emotions have a negative and significant relationship; leisure activities are rude and negative emotions in the case. There is a regulating effect between them. Finally, this study based on the research results to discuss the theoretical and practical implications, and proposed future research.
