Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 107 === This study aimed to analyze the content of life education in classical musicians and their musical works in the music teaching materials of elementary school. We explored the traits and distribution of the five core competencies, "philosophical thinking", "exploration of hominology", "ultimate concern", "value speculation" and "spiritual cultivation", of classical musicians and their musical works mentioned in the music teaching materials of three versions (Kang-Hsuan, Han-Lin and Nan-I) of art and humanities textbooks. This study used the content analysis method to analyze the meaning of life education for the classical musicians and their musical works’ textual narratives of the music teaching materials in the three versions of art and humanities textbooks. There were 47 musical works included totally. The authors used the five core competencies and their subordinate items and learning contents, proposed by the learning focus of life education in the field of integrative activities of the 12-year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines, as their research tools. The main findings of this study are as follows: First, the results of the analysis of classical musicians and their musical works in the three versions of the art and humanities textbooks revealed that the proportion of "value speculation" (15 works) and "spiritual cultivation" (11 works) is highest, followed by "ultimate concern" (7 works). "Philosophical thinking" (1 work) and "exploration of hominology" (1 work) accounted for less part. Second, the subordinate item analysis showed that the main proportion in "value speculation" is "the reflection of life aesthetics - the diverse aesthetic experience and the connotation of life aesthetics in life" (11 works corresponded). In "spiritual cultivation", " spiritual consciousness and self-cultivation - the meaning, type and level of love " accounted for the most (7 works corresponded). In "ultimate concern," the main portion is "philosophy and the meaning of life, life and death care and practice - the meaning of happy, happiness, goodness and blessing and the relationship between them" (3 works corresponded). There was only 1 work corresponding to “thinking literacy - presenting obstacles to thinking in various forms of prejudice and fallacy” in "philosophical thinking". In " exploration of hominology", only 1 work corresponded to "human subjectivity and self-view - what is me? who am I? The relationship and difference between me and my body, my psychology, my reason, my sensibility, and my spirituality ". By reporting the above research results, we gave some suggestion as reference to the musical teachers of elementary school, editing groups of musical textbooks, and future research.
