The object was the student in the school where the researcher teached. The single-object withdrawal design was adopted, including the baseline period, the treatment period and the maintenance period, and the visual analysis was used to analyze the data. The study participants were interviewed to conduct a social validity content analysis. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The behavioral function design could develop an effective positive behavior support program. 2. The positive behavior program had a marked effect on helping the vocational school student with mental retardation learn well about improving inappropriate body touch behavior. 3. The positive behavior program had a marked effect on helping the vocational school student with mental retardation maintain well about improving inappropriate body touch behavior.
