碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 107 === Abstract
Fabricated metal products manufacturing is an indispensible part of the development of Taiwan’s industry. in most circumstances ,it is SMEs who play a major rule within the manufacturing. From the early stage of transforming devopment-OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer)slowly transferred into ODM (Own branding and Manufacturing). they even provide a fine supply chain in the process of its own raising brand. However, whether facing the challenge from China and other emerging countries or the instability of the world’s economy have let many cooperations into its greatest risk. through applications and innovation bring by the strategy of interdisciplinary collaboration, are cooperations able to strengthen its competitiveness in whole?
The purpose of this research include:
1, Discovered the current status of the fabricated metal products manufacturing in Taiwan by analysing the advantages and defects in the hope of coming up a solution for strengthening the industry’s competitiveness.
2, The impacts on the overall performances and innovation of the fabricated metal products manufacturing in Taiwan by adopting the strategy of interdisciplinary collaboration.
3, The impacts on coalition relationship between enterprises and technology after adopting the strategy of interdisciplinary collaboration.
This research using the qualitative research method and though semi-structured interview to collect datas. The conclusions as follow:
1. Future enterprises must adopt the the strategy of interdisciplinary collaboration in a collaborative way in order to strengthen competitiveness.
2. Whether in operating or stewarding, it is crucial for enterprises to acquire the basic principles of the the strategy of interdisciplinary collaboration.
3. Within the process of coalition, not only the potential of innovation will raised, but the enthusiasm within the organization will also been formed.
4. The future Tiawanese fabricated metal products manufacturing will tend to focus on the products which have more additional value in them. The value of the service will also be highlighted since the industry chain and the ability toward technology remain the important factors within the strategy of interdisciplinary collaboration.
