| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the differences and interrelationships between the quality of medical services and the overall satisfaction of medical practitioners in different teaching areas in different regional variables. Specific recommendations were made for the research results to improve the quality of medical services and overall satisfaction of the teaching hospitals in Area A. A total of 310 questionnaires were distributed in this study, 300 samples were collected, 0 invalid questionnaires were excluded, and 300 valid sample questionnaires were combined. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 96%. The statistical methods used descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, independent sample single-factor variance analysis, and product difference correlation for data analysis.
After the above survey and statistical analysis, the results are as follows:
1. The medical treatment of the A region teaching hospitals medical service quality and overall satisfaction are good.
2. The background change of the medical practitioners "age" and "average monthly income" did not differ significantly in overall satisfaction.
3. The medical background changes in the "gender", "age", "educational", "occupational", and "average monthly income" have significant differences in the quality of medical services.
4. The medical practitioners have a significant positive correlation with the "medical service quality" and "overall satisfaction" levels in the A-area teaching hospitals.
Based on the analysis conclusions of the above research methods, this study has developed relevant recommendations to provide reference for the operation of A-area teaching hospitals and future researchers.
The results of the statistical analysis of this study are summarized as follows:
1. The visiting population is highly satisfied with the tangible medical equipment and hospital s ervice personnel of the medical service quality of the A regional teaching hospital, and the higher the chance of returning to the clinic.
