Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 107 === Due to the narrow population in Taiwan and the lack of public transportation system, electric scooters have become the main transportation connection tools for residents in daily life, making traditional fuel locomotives flood the streets and lanes, causing air pollution to become the biggest challenge for sustainable urban development. In order to solve this problem, countries around the world hope to reduce the use of traditional fuel vehicles through the introduction of electric vehicles. Therefore, the limited use of traditional fuel vehicles has become a driving factor for the development of electric vehicles. Although at present, several electric scooters service providers in Taiwan have launched their own electric motor vehicle service solutions, no single manufacturer can meet all market demands. Therefore, this study attempts to summarize the value through literature review and service provider data analysis. Dimensions (vehicle performance, power function and maintenance service) and price dimension (product price, power cost and deprecation costs) are constructed in six aspects to construct the electric scooters service evaluation system, and use decision making trial and evaluation laboratory method (DEMATEL) to solve the interaction between facets, using the analytic network process (ANP) and vlsekriterijumska optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VOKOR) to construct the association weight relationship and strategic plan. The selection and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each electric scooters service proposes a new electric scooters selection and improvement strategy, so that service providers can understand the gap of the current service plan to establish future functional improvement and service optimization recommendations. In addition, this study also use importance attention analysis (IAA) to analyzes the user's choice preferences and uses the network relation map (NRM) to understand the interaction between the facets and the criteria, then use IAA-NRM to analyze and find appropriate service improvement strategies to provide reference for electric scooters service providers and relevant authorities to improve product, service processes and subsidies for industrial policies. I hope this study will help Taiwan smoothly introduce green energy industry and accelerate new generation. The popularity and development of electric scooters and the reduction of dependence on fuel locomotives enable economic development and environmental protection to coexist and prosper. According to the research results, starting from the "power function", we can find out the development direction of the best electric scooters service system (ESSAS). After finding the development direction of the ESSAS, that everyone agrees with, we can make the interest relationship (industry, consumers and government) to re-examine the value of electric scooters and learn the advantages and strengths of other systems through communication between various ESSAS, thereby breaking through the limitations of existing resources and creating better electric scooters service system.
