Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄餐旅大學 === 餐旅研究所在職專班 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to understand the general situation of workplace violence perception and work stress and deviation behavior of the grassroots staff of the Restaurant in Taiwan Group Enterprises. The main measure of this study is the workplace violence view proposed by scholar Tepper (2000), the work stress measurement facet of Ye Wei, Zheng Yawen, Chen Meiru and Qiu Wenxiang (2008) and the deviation behavior defined by Robinson and Bennett (2000). In this study, Both purpose sampling and convenience sampling are applied for the survey , total of 362 paper questionnaires were distributed, 324 copies were collected, and 257 valid questionnaires were obtained after the invalid questionnaires were excluded. The results of the study show that:(1)some of grassroots staff members have experienced experience of workplace violence, work stress and deviation behavior at work;and(2)Strong relation was found between workplace violence perception and work stress of grassroots staff.(3)Workplace violence perception was strongly associated with deviant behavior of grassroots staff ; And(4)Different attribute personnel have significant differences in workplace violence perception and their own work pressure and deviation behavior. Finally, based on the above findings and recommendations, this study can provide Taiwanese companies as a way to reduce workplace violence, work stress and bias behavior, and establish a better working environment and future research directions.
