In recent years, because improvement of the network speed and the promotion of the Internet of Things, wearing devices are becoming more and more popular. If the effective wearing devices can be used to carry out auxiliary care, that will reduce the manpower need. In this study, the wearing devices of the case study company are the main research targets, and the research objects are the senior citizens and the elders of the family who had participate in the 4G action health and elderly living alone tracking care plan. The questionnaire survey is used in the study. At first the wearing devices of the case study company combined with questionnaire are used to investigate the needs of elderly in the family. Further, the satisfactions of senior citizens using wearable devices participate in the 4G action health and elderly living alone tracking care plan are surveyed in the study. The research results show that nearly half of the interviewees do not live with the elderly, nearly 60% are unable to interact with the elderly every day, more than 60% of the elderly have chronic disease problems. The interviewees are concerned about the health problems of the elderly, and this is nothing to do with age, gender, living with or not living with the elder, and frequency of interaction of the interviewees. Therefore, the most expect of respondents is that wearable devices possess chat, care and physiological measurement functions. The results of the satisfactions survey of senior citizens of different gender using wearable devices show no significant differences, but the different age of senior citizens have significant difference, which is related to the body function and the understanding of the use of information products. The results of this study can provide references for case study companies and related operators in future product development. TSAI,CHIN-SHAN 蔡錦山 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 58 zh-TW |
