More and more immigrants inhabit Taiwan to give this island a richer cultural blending vibe. The 2019 Taiwan High School Curriculum Guidelines aim at strengthening students the core literacy of multiculture and international vision. In its Language Domain, the course of ‘Taiwanese new immigrants’ mother tongue’ is newly added. Therefore, the researcher wants to design her own multicultural lessons ‘Knowing the Taiwanese New Immigrants’ for the Social Science Domain. This study will focus on the immigrants from the Southeast Asia. Firstly, the cultures of Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Cambodia will be each introduced via the researcher’s self-designed ebook. The way you read the ebook is just like reading a real book. Besides, the ebook is easy to update the latest information by yourself. Secondly, the Audio Picture Book app is designed to share students’ Social Science works and feedback. For now, the app includes Thailand culture and traditional Indonesia culture. Thirdly, the Southeast Asia Culture AR app pairs up with many pictures of the above-mentioned five countries’ cultures by means of augmented-reality technology. In this game-oriented app, the learners have to read the ebooks and visit some websites for Round One. In Round Two, the learners will be given some quizzes on Round One content. The winner will gain virtual weapons for catching genie treasure. In Round Three, the learners can take a selfie with the virtual genies.
