Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 生死學系碩士班 === 107 === With the rapid changes in the global economy and industry, the problem of drug abuse is becoming more complicated, and the age of drug abusers is gradually decreasing. It is an important global discussion to hope to obtain effective methods to prevent drug abuse from deteriorating. The number of drug abusers and addicted people in Taiwan is increasing. The data from Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health and Welfare that shows drug abuse has rapidly spread to the campus since the beginning of the junior and high school, and the number of people in high school has shown steady growth, and the substance abuse is Ketamine. However, the chance of re-disinfection is still quite high.
The aim of this study is to investigate the changes in self-concept and family relationships in male drug abusers before and after treatment in the Tainan morning meeting. The results showed that most of the respondents were in contact with drugs and drug abuse because of their unsatisfactory academics, disharmonious family relationships, feeling unfamiliar with others, pressure from peers, pressure from peers, drug abuse in the environment, curiosity and other factors. He also has experience in selling drugs. It will affect the future personality and resilience and self-concept of the respondents.
Most of the respondents were detoxified because of the physical or psychological damage caused by their own drug addiction. In the process of abstinence, he gains empathy and internalization through faith, re-learns to understand his own life value, re-constructs self-concept, tries to learn to experience other people's ideas and tolerance, and is willing to improve his emotional connection with his family. Through self-concept development and learning, changes in values and lifestyles can be encouraged and rewarded, allowing respondents to be more motivated and determined to enhance their belief in a more enjoyable and confident life after drug addiction.
This study interviewed 10 members of the drug addiction withdrawal in Tainan Operapion Dawn. Based on the interviews, this sutdy concluded that:
1.Male drug abusers have a negative self-concept before quitting, which stems from family conflicts during adolescence.
2.The self-conceptual reconstruction of male drug abusers is based on health factors, family and friends.
3.The relationship between male drug abusers and their family members after treatment is due to the re-construction of self-concepts.
Therefore, the research suggests the following:
1. The family should provide the child with the correct values or conceptual guidance to promote a positive positive perception of the self. Rather than ignoring the reality of self-understanding, lack of understanding with family or poor communication, and the inability to adapt to life and school.
2. The school may be able to start and implement the technical-related courses in advance of the second year of the junior high school.
3. Develop an “interest scale” for middle school students to understand the interests and performance of middle school students and guide them to employment learning programs.
4. Religious groups can join the drug abuse refusal group to enhance their intention to quit drug abusers with beliefs. The drug abuse behaviors can be used to implement daily life and integrate into normal society at an early date.
