The community or home care service models that the elders expect, are difficult to implement. With the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and mobile technology, caregivers can monitor the physiological state of the patient through the support of mobile devices. Breaking the barriers of the care space, artificial intelligence can replace the functions of medical professionals, and timely give patients diagnosis and medical advice. This study considered the various types of care models between domestic and foreign through interviews with daycare agency operators, care attendants, and family members to find out which part of the existing care model needs to be improved. Currently, mobile technology has so many collaborative care service models to propose. Then, this study designed the impacting successful factor model of the many-to-many collaborative care service model. Finally, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to explore the relevance of impact successful factors based on several facets, including mobile device support system, member composition of collaborative care team, and caregivers' conditions.
