Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 國際事務與企業學系公共政策研究碩士班 === 107 === This study aims to explore the impact of annuity reform on elementary school teachers' retirement planning. The main purpose is to understand the differences before and after the annuity reform, teachers' perception of pension,teachers' retirement career goals, and the impact of annuity reform on teachers' retirement planning.
In order to achieve the above objectives, this study first explores relevant literature as a theoretical basis, then collects data through in-depth interviews with qualitative research methods, compiles interview outline as a research tool, interviews three in-service teachers and three retired teachers respectively, and collates and analyses interview data. Finally, it concludes as follows:
1. Primary school teachers'views on annuity reform: they tend not to support the annuity reform, and all the six teachers interviewed think they have been psychologically harmed, which has seriously damaged the morale of teachers.
2. Elementary school teachers have multiple views on retirement pension. Their retirement career goals include: changing lifestyle, social services, sports and fitness, developing interest, self-enrichment, and realizing life ideas and goals.
3. The annuity reform has exerted a comprehensive impact on teachers' retirement planning, which is closely related to each other. Based on the above conclusions, the researchers put forward relevant suggestions for teachers, schools and government reference.
