Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 國際事務與企業學系公共政策研究碩士班 === 107 === The purpose of this paper is to understand the interaction between parents and children in different schools, the role adaptation between parents and children, the feelings of teachers and children in school life, and the relationship between teachers and their children, and to discuss the impact on childrens learning from the perspective of the same school and different schools. This study collects data from four parent-child groups in the same school, three parent-child groups in different schools and four tutors who have taught the children of teachers in the same school through semi-structured in-depth interviews. The results are summarized as follows:
1. Parent-Child Interaction with Parents and Teachers in Different Schools
Under parent-child co-education, parents and tutors often discuss the performance of teachers and children when they have the opportunity, but they will not have different effects on childrens learning because of convenient communication. Parents and children in the same school will have more care for teachers and children.
2. Parent-child co-education and the role adaptation of children and parents under different schools
When parents and children are in school together, children think that whether they are happy in school is related to their childrens natural disposition and parentsupbringing attitude. Parents and children in different schools, childrens school mood is less affected by parentsupbringing attitude, and most of them tend to be happy. Parents and children in the same school, childrens school performance will make parents in the same school pressure, and affect the parentsmood, parents and children in different schools, but not.
3. Feelings of School Life of TeachersChildren in Parent-Child Co-School and under Different Schools
Students of teacherschildren in the same school admire the identity of teachers children and the benefits it brings. Therefore, if the identity of teacherschildren in the same school is too prominent, it may attract jealousy and affect interpersonal relationships. Not in different schools.
4. Feelings of Teachers with Children of Colleagues in Classes
Teachersand childrens tutors in the class feel pressure and will give their colleagues and children more opportunities to perform. Teachers believe that the identity of teacherschildren has an impact on childrens school life.
