| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學 === 運籌管理學系 === 107 === In an elderly society, the government promoted the Long-term 2.0 Plan, which is a community-based plan for level distinction and provides more diverse services. Among them, the meals-on-wheels service belongs to the instant response of demand of the elderly in a Long-term policy. The characteristics of instant response delivery are less quantity, time constrain and short delivery distance. The choice of distribution equipment will take into consideration high mobility, good efficiency and ability to enter smaller roads, that is why the motorcycle is selected. Therefore, this study will establish a community-based instant response motorcycle pick-up and delivery service model under requirement of Long-term care, aiming at the pursuit of minimum route cost, using genetic algorithm as the algorithm for assigning and routing problems in this study, and then numerical examples test, to verify that the model is stability and proper. Finally, this study provides the basis for practical applications and program.
