Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 107 === The improvement of driving safety is a topic that has been continuously explored by all parties for a long time. Looking back at the major car accidents that have occurred in recent years, it will always attract the attention of the people after each occurrence. After the news is over, will the industry and the people still learn the lesson and improve the existing deficiencies? It is indeed necessary to think about it, whether it is a review from the regulatory level, or the safety of the car body structure, or the revision of the driver's working hours. After analyzing the categories of traffic accidents, this study converts accident categories into causes, and adds non-vehicle factors such as roads, environment, and personnel to re-examine and classify existing vehicles from the perspectives of “control” and “measurement”. Security risks, assessing which are the priority implementation projects and which are the shortfalls, providing a set of self-assessment methods and quick-response basic solutions. On the basis of comparison, considering the different time and space backgrounds, the focus of attention is also different. The comparative weight values between projects are easily affected by the three factors of “cost”, “time of construction” and “gain of benefit”. In this study, it is listed as a variable that companies can flexibly adjust according to the situation, so that the evaluation results are closer to the reality.
