| Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學 === 法律學系 === 107 === Developed technology brings people a convenient life, but it also causes significant environmental pollution and damage, especially in the transportation of exhaust emissions, which emit a lot of greenhouse gases that have caused serious climate change. Nowadays, abnormal record-breaking high temperatures and rare climatic phenomena are everywhere, like the Earth is protesting excessive abuse of the environment. The issue of environmental protection is highly valued by all countries in the world and promises to face and solve it together, in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development. The motivation of this paper is to explore how to promote the green energy policy through the support of the legal system, and let the nationals use environmentally friendly electric vehicles to reduce emissions.
This paper is directly related to the legal system of the introduction of green energy and its policy, explains the concept of environmental protection and our country environmental legal system, and explores international environmental law and related important international conventions. Then, with the advanced American countries - the United States and the EU's strongest country - Germany's electric vehicle policy and legal system overview, and our country’s electric vehicle promotion legal system and policy as a mirror, to analyze our country’s dilemma and future prospects in electric vehicle promotion, and propose research results and conclusions.
