Summary: | 碩士 === 國防醫學院 === 護理研究所 === 107 === Background: There were many combining natural and man-made disasters happened. A huge-scale destruction and destroy led extraordinary dead and injury exceeded ordinal planning and budgets. In that, an emergency planning with full prepares is the inevitable responsibility of government. It is urgent to know how military personnel adapt themselves in a disaster environment and emergency situation.
Methods: Based on qualitative research method, we had arranged a propulsive sampling procedure and recruited six representative and qualified military rescuers and clinical nurses to be interviewed in a focusing group. Data from transcripts of observation field notes and interviews were transcribed verbatim and analyzed.
Results: By understanding what and how real situation and feeling of disaster rescuers and survivors from their experience, we can find hidden and frequent problems and improve our training in advance either physically or psychologically.
Conclusion: This study reveals the real-experiment of military disaster rescuers and survivors. Our result sheds light on further insight of disaster psychology and the weak point of current policies in this fields.
