description 碩士 === 國防醫學院 === 公共衛生學研究所 === 107 === Background: With the liberalization of the social atmosphere, adolescents are at the stage of developing gender and intimacy. The interaction between men and women is more frequent, and adolescent love has become a common phenomenon; with the development of adolescence, negative influences and emotional instability increased sexuality, along with common depression and suicide; if we can pay close attention , it is important to lead them to have a correct view of love. Therefore, this study is to explore the impact of heterosexual interaction experience on adolescent mental health. Objectives: Explore the "the situation of heterosexual interactions among adolescents in Taiwan" and the "impact of heterosexual interactions on adolescent mental health", in order to understand the relation and trends between adolescent interaction and mental health. Methodology: This research studies the student questionnaire in the "Adolescent Growth History Study" database with the Academia Sinica's academic survey, and conducts statistical analysis of the survey data by means of the SPSS23.0 statistical software package. First, the t-test and single factor variance analysis were used as factors. For the single-variant analysis of mental health status, the significant variable is then analyzed by re-analysis to determine the relation between each factor and mental health status. Then the generalized estimation equation explores the possible influence on the change of time factor and mental health . Results: (1) The situation of adolescent heterosexual interactions has gradually grown with the higher grades. The second grade of junior high school (13.0%), the third grade of junior high school (15.3%), the first grade of senior high school (12.9%), and the second grade of senior high school ( 16.8%), third grade in senior high school (21.3%), second grade in university (35.0%) and fourth grade in university (39.1%) are growing. (2)Adolescents who have experience in heterosexual interactions in the second year of junior high school, the third year of junior high school, the first year of senior high school and the second year of senior high school have a poor mental health. However, the mental health of the experience of heterosexual interaction in the fourth grade of university is better. Further generalizing estimating equation (GEE) includes grade-level variable analysis to analyze the waves with complete variables and screen out the variables that are significantly related to mental health status, and I find that the experience of adolescent heterosexual interactions will affect mental health. The adolescents who have experience in heterosexual interactions in the third year of junior high school, the third year of senior high school, the second year of university, and the fourth year of university have a significant increase in mental health among adolescents who have no experience in heterosexual interaction in the second year of junior high school. It also finds that gender, academic performance and friendship have a very important impact on the mental health of adolescents' growing process. Conclusion and suggestion: The results show that the experience of heterosexual interactions affects adolescent mental health. Teenagers with love experience in junior high school and senior high school generally have poor psychological quality. However, their mental health is better in university; therefore, according to the research, the results suggest that it is not recommended for adolescents to engage in heterosexual interaction at the junior high andsenior high school levels. The young people in these two periods should focus on the course of their studies. Although they have better mental health during their college years, college students often have problems such as anxiety and distress in emotions. Therefore, it is suggested that in each period of the development of adolescents, the issues of heterosexual interaction need to be taken seriously, and the establishment of correct and healthy adolescents Love values and cognition will make adolescents value and nourish life, and then achieve their physical and mental health.
