The purpose of the study is as follows: First. Understand the current situation of bullying behavior among students in junior high schools. Second, understand the strategy of the junior high school home teacher on the behavior of students bullying. Third. Whether there is a difference in the degree of bullying behavior among the junior high school who explore different background variables. Fourth, to explore the different background instructors, whether it is different from the student's bullying behavior strategy. Fifth. Whether the teacher deals with different types of bullying behaviors, and whether there are differences in the strategies for dealing with students' bullying behavior. The research method is research. The conclusions of the study are as follows: First. The incidence of bullying behavior in Hualien County is relatively high. Second, Hualien County students' bullying behavior handling strategy is based on counseling strategies, notifications and requests for assistance. Third, the use of the Hualien County Bulling Notification System is moderate. Therefore, according to the research results, the researcher recommends that the competent authorities of education: First, improve the education and training of teachers and bullying. Second, increase the student's bullying behavior prevention and treatment education curriculum. It is recommended that the school publicize the campus bullying to deal with the open process and instill the concept of prevention of student bullying. Teachers are advised: First, teachers should improve their professional ability in education. Second, share the bullying strategy through the teacher learning community. It is suggested that in the future, the scope of the area where the research object can be expanded can be compared, or the teachers and students can simultaneously conduct comparative analysis. Qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews, can be added to the research methods to make the research methods more qualitative and important.
