Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 觀光暨休閒遊憩學系 === 107 === Volunteer service is one of the leisure activities that Taiwanese people participate in in their spare time. It is the individual who spontaneously gives his or her ability and resources to help. For the society, volunteers often play an important human resource in the organization and it is also an important social capital of the country. For individuals, volunteers can not only engage in helping others in a friendly environment, but also increase the relationship between volunteers and others through positive interaction. However, for the highly involved volunteers, they may face various factors that affect personal participation in the participation process. Therefore, this study explores the factors that influence the participation of volunteers in the past, and joins the positive interpersonal interaction. This view is explored in this kind of leisure activities with high interpersonal interaction to understand the leisure involvement and leisure constraints of the participants in service. Whether the level of participation, satisfaction, and positive interpersonal interaction will affect the participation of individual activities and the level of activity support. Because of the volunteers have some gather and occasional group activities from all over Taiwan. Therefore, the study used questionnaires to be released during each party and event, and the release date was from early April to late May 2018. A total of 352 valid questionnaires were collected. The researchers used SPSS 22.0 as a tool for subsequent questionnaire analysis. The results of this study showed that leisure involvement, participation satisfaction, and positive interpersonal interaction were significantly positively correlated with activity support, while leisure constraints were significantly negatively correlated. It can be seen that long-term volunteers have a negative impact on the leisure constraints and activity support during the service process. When the constraints are higher, the support will decline. In addition, if volunteers are the main cadres in the group, their leisure involvement, participation satisfaction, positive interpersonal interactions, etc. will have a higher experience, while individuals have lower feelings about leisure constraints. The stepwise regression analysis of this study found that leisure involvement in two facets and leisure obstacles has a certain explanatory power in the face of personal activity support, and the highest interpretation is the attraction and self, the predictive power is 46.7%.
