The researcher is concerned about the new female residents who can stand out in the competitive employment market and choose to start an enterprise. Currently, most of the academic research in Taiwan cares about the entrepreneurship of foreign new female residents. Nevertheless, among those new female residents, those who came from mainland China, accounting for more than 50% of foreign marriages, showed a relatively low percentage of starting their own enterprises.. Therefore, this study will focus on new female residents from China, their transition process from family caregivers or employees to operators, their preparations for entrepreneurship, their planning and strategies, and their changes in personal, family and social development. The research will be divided into four aspects. First, the seed period of an enterprise is about the factors, motivation and background of new female residents from China. Second, the start-up period is about the entrepreneurial preparation and their conditions. Third, the growth period is about their business strategies, problems and solutions. Fourth, the established period is about their impact of entrepreneurship on the personal, family and social field. The research method is qualitative. By snowballing and doing in-depth interviews, the researcher collects data from qualitative interviews with eight mainland Chinese female entrepreneurs and also summarizes the interview data through thematic analysis methods into four parts, including the entrepreneur's background, the motivation and business model, the entrepreneurial obstacles and breakthrough, and the growth of entrepreneurship and changes. These four major themes will show to interpret the current situation, obstacles and changes of mainland Chinese entrepreneurs. In the end, different situations of the eight entrepreneurs will be seen, for example, the background of their native family, the adaptation problem after getting married, the working conditions, and the experience of starting an enterprise. Their marriage adaptation in Taiwan, their strength and resilience, and their endurance and bravery for survival competition will also be revealed. The conclusion will be divided into four parts, the entrepreneurship with family support, the entrepreneurship with dream realization, the breakthrough of the predicament as the promotion point and the balance between family and career.
