This study was conducted by questionnaire survey, the objet was accompanied by children to participate in Children's Gymnastics Courses parents in Taipei City, and 492 effective questionnaires were collected. The statistical methods include descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and regression analysis etc. The results were as following: 1. On teaching quality, the average performances ranked from high to low are teaching evaluation, professional ability, teaching performance, the use of resources and teacher-student interaction. 2. On learning satisfaction, the average performances ranked from high to low are teaching administration, venue facilities and teacher teaching. 3. Parental education, household income and family children of number had no significant difference on teaching quality.Furthermore, parental gender, parental occupation, number of classes in a week and course information source had significant difference in certain facets on teaching quality. 4. Parental gender, parental education, household income, family children of number and course information source had no significant difference on learning satisfaction. Furthermore, parental occupation and number of classes in a week had significant difference in certain facets on learning satisfaction. 5. The positive correlation were found between teaching quality of Children's Gymnastics Courses and learning satisfaction of Children's Gymnastics Courses. 6.
