Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 體育與運動科學系 === 107 === Osteoporosis caused by aging is a worldwide concern. The bone mineral density is affected by living habits such as diet, genetics and exercise. Education-related personnel are a group of people with fairly close working patterns, but the living habits of education-related personnel are different. Therefore, this paper hopes to discuss two points. First, do the education-related personnel have different bone mineral density? Second, the education related personnel of different living habits, in their similar teaching environment, is their bone mineral density different? In this study, the Hualien County education related personnel used the Japanese FURUNOCM200 Ultrasonic Bone Density Analyzer to measure the bone mineral density of the calcaneus of the subject, and collected the gender, age, body mass, diet, and exercise of the graduates of the education related personnel through a questionnaire survey, etc. Data, using narrative statistics, cross-analysis and metamorphosis analysis to explore the factors affecting bone mineral density. It is hoped to find out the relationship between the living habits of the education-related personnel and the bone mineral density. It is recommended that the education personnel pay attention to their living habits, reduce bone loss, and extend the healthy life of the education-related personnel, and have the best quality of life. Based on the questionnaire survey and the actual measurement of the bone mineral density of the relevant personnel, this study concluded that the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1、the education-related personnel are divided into two groups, the prime and the young, with a 40-year-old boundary. The difference in bone mineral density is significant. 2、 different BMI groups in education related personnel, the difference in bone-mineral density is significant. 3、education related personnel have the habit of eating calcium tablets, the difference in bone mineral density is significant. 4、 the education personnel have different exercise intensity, and the difference in bone mineral density is significant.
