Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 輔導與諮商學系 === 107 === This study was to explore the relationship between college students' interest congruence, achievement motivation and learning motivation, and the degree of difference between different background variables. The sample were surveying for the “University Career and Competency Assessment Network Career Interest survey” test . The sample were distributed 514 questionnaires in total , 493 of which are valid .The study use three measurement, inclusive of UCAN Interest survey test results, learning motivation and achievement motivation. The data of the questionnaires was analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation and Multiple regression analysis. The study has the following conclusions. 1.There is no significant difference between college students of different genders and grades in learning motivation and departmental interest congruence. 2.College students from different colleges have significant differences in learning motivation and departmental interest congruence. 3.There are significant differences in the achievement motivation of college students of different grades. 4.Learning motivation is highly related to department interest congruence and achievement motivation. Based on the above research results, suggestions for teaching, counseling work and future research are proposed.
