In pursuit of the requirement for the high quality of the flat glass in terms of period homogeneity, the requirement for the size of the bubble is a defect that requires close attention. Because the yield rate of flat glass production is only 90%, the remaining defective products can only be classified as substandard products. For the ever-increasing demand for cost control, it is an intangible waste, so the existing skills in the manufacture of flat glass should be With the improvement of its system, this paper will focus on improving the bubbles and other defects of flat glass. Through the control of key factors, the paper will find the most suitable process conditions and achieve the demand of more than 95% yield. Through the help of statistical methods of the reaction surface method, smooth optimization of the operating conditions can be found. After the mass production test, it can also meet the expected needs and can provide a clear direction for improvement in subsequent studies.
