R&D is the core of its core, so the burden of R&D personnel is inexplicable. In order to understand the factors of R&D personnel's work stress, this research is based on the research and development of tire industry. A total of 120 R&D personnel participated in the survey. Using the SPSS 20 version of the statistical software for analysis, first describe the questionnaire data, the second step is to do the reliability and validity analysis, and finally do the regression analysis, etc., in order to analyze the work stress factors of the experienced tire industry R & D personnel, and then further analysis The correlation between factors and work stress. The research found that : (1) gender, age, religious beliefs, seniority, education, income, and work pressure are not very relevant; (2) The better the spouse relationship, parent-child relationship, parental relationship, supervisory relationship, and colleague relationship, the less stress on the work; (3) When the tire industry R&D unit is increasing its staff, it can refer to the interviewer's family interpersonal relationship indicators. It is a R&D personnel who is not easy to generate work pressure, and the prevention staff turnover rate is improved; (4) The increase in workload of the tire industry R&D unit is inevitable, but the improvement of interpersonal relationships in the workplace should be taken seriously. The research conclusions can provide relevant units of the tire industry R&D personnel as work pressure improvement, improve R&D staff job satisfaction and job morale, and reduce R&D personnel turnover rate. keywords: tire industry, work pressure, research and development personnel
