The purpose of this study was to assist construction industries to examine the state of operation and aim to upgrade industries from C grade to B grade. Through SWOT Analysis, expert interview, internal interview, etc., giving guidance on how to examine their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to set strategies for improvement and management in the future.
Based on this research, the result shows that examining operating situation with evaluation indicators will not be problems when upgrading to B grade in the future. In addition, it is need to enhance the acceptance of new construction techniques of senior employees and to accelerate the use of digital technology tools to aid in managing work.
