In recent years, under the active counseling of the government and the promotion of innovative business models in the industry, the management model of the wholesale and retail industry has been continuously improved, and the market and marketing have accumulated considerable experience. Therefore, the wholesale and retail industry can be said to have excellent development prospects. .
As Taiwan's economic growth and consumers become more and more apt to receive diverse information channels, the modern market has completely subverted the existing thinking of the industry, breaking all modes and creating a new situation. As a result, industry players are paying more and more attention to marketing ideas such as “how to innovate trends and create topics, maintain freshness, and examine the innovations that operators face in response to changing trends”, and companies are increasingly focusing on marketing ideas.
Creative business opportunities continue to emerge. Traditionally, the competition between wholesalers and supply chains is fierce. In order to achieve stable market growth, wholesalers and retailers must develop close cooperation to ensure competitive advantage. Let wholesale and retail retailers no longer limit their own business improvement. Collaboration between companies to improve supply chain relationships will not only improve efficiency but also reduce the cost of the entire supply chain, bringing unprecedented benefits to both parties. Based on literature review and case analysis, the study is based on five aspects of “store location selection”, “organizational structure”, “system and management”, “commodity development and management”, “personnel training and customer service”. The main axis, through interviews with six experts and semi-open questionnaires, statistically analyzed the consensus of the experts, and won a total of 23 " the critical success factors from the wholesale industry to the retail store." The results of the study can be used by case companies, academics and other companies.
