The music element of music boutiques adds a touch of elegance and charisma through its historical background, which also makes music products unique. The cultural and creative industries flourish in recent years. The author owns a music boutique company, who has been troubled with the diversity of modern marketing techniques. Therefore, the author hopes to conduct an in-depth analysis of the music boutique industry and summarize the key factors of success for other members of the industry to follow, in hope to raise international visibility of Taiwanese brands to compete with the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and other leading countries in the industry. In this study, semi-open expert questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted to investigate the elements of the operating of music boutique corporations, and the key success factors were summarized for the reference of similar companies.
