Survey questionnaire has been utilized as the research method and descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the data. The major findings of this study were summarized as followings: First, Chinese Independent Secondary School senior students in Malaysia perceived medium to high information literacy. Second, Chinese Independent Secondary School senior students in Malaysia perceived medium to high internet learning effectiveness. Third, in terms of the information literacy, partially significant differences were found in different gender and different position. Fourth, in terms of learning effectiveness, partially significant differences were found in different selection class. Fifth, there were significantly correlations between the information literacy and internet learning effectiveness. Sixth, the information literacy of the Chinese Independent School senior students can predict internet learning effectiveness. The suggestions of the findings were made for the Chinese Independent Schools and teachers, Chinese Independent School senior students, and future researchers.
