In 2015-2016 school year, there were totally ten times of SDEP activities held in northern district of Changhua City. The research participants included all the students who had joined these SDEP activities. The research instrument was an 18-item questionnaire designed based upon the three main objects of SDEP—(1) to integrate with school resources and the educational resources in the community and strengthen the resource sharing among schools, (2) to combine the interest-fitting courses of school and community to guide the students to develop their learning according to their interests , and (3) to guide and enroll the students in the school near the neighborhood to help reduce the pressure caused by being enrolled in the school over district for future school entrance. After delivering the questionnaire, there were totally 507 valid questionnaires collected. The research data was analyzed quantitively and the descriptive statics and Grey Relational Analysis were resulted. In conclusion, four main findings were drawn up as the following: (1) The first category, the Gifted Study Camp of Arts, had averagely met the three SDEP objects, and the effects were proved, (2) the second category, the Learning of Art Service in the Community, had averagely met the three SDEP objects, and the effects were proved, (3) the third category, The Art Service—Creative Drama had mainly met the object, to integrate with school resources and the educational resources in the community and strengthen the resource sharing among schools, and (4) the fourth category, the Carnival of Art English Village, had mainly met the object, o integrate with school resources and the educational resources in the community and strengthen the resource sharing among schools.
